Work Responsibilities:
1. Formulate institutional policies and measures for student employment in accordance with national, provincial employment policies, and university requirements; provide employment education, guidance, counseling, and services to students.
2. Oversee professional capacity building, training, assessments, and coordination with relevant departments within the employment team.
3.Dvelop and maintain the graduate employment markets; establish and strengthen graduate employment partnerships; collect, organize, review, and post employer job vacancies promptly.
4. Organize campus recruitment activities; verify employer qualifications to ensure authenticity, reliability, and accuracy of job postings, as well as safety of events.
5. Implement public service employment programs (e.g., rural/urban grassroots roles, central/western regions, remote areas, and military service) to guide graduates toward meaningful careers.
6. Provide tailored support for economically disadvantaged or employment-challenged graduates through tailored interventions and resources.
7. Compile student source data, develop employment plans, process procedural documentation, and manage records.
8. Enhance digital infrastructure for career services; maintain and optimize the online employment platform for efficient information delivery.
9. Conduct research on graduate employment trends; organize and implement follow-up surveys for graduates and employers; collect, organize, and analyze relevant data to prepare employment quality assessment reports.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by school leadership.
