Journalism and Communication
Founded in 2017, the School of Journalism and Communication adheres to the talent cultivation philosophy of "Value Guidance, Integration of Knowledge and Practice, Technological Empowerment, and Integration of Media and Education". It aims to foster high-caliber application-oriented professionals for intelligent media communication who are rooted at the grassroots level, serve the modern media industry, meet the needs of regional economic and social development, and embody the cultural ethos of Qilu.
The school offers four undergraduate majors: Journalism, New Media Technology, Network and New Media, as well as Broadcasting and Hosting Arts. Among them, the Journalism major was approved as a National First-class Undergraduate Major Construction Point in 2022.
