On May 21, the 5th Working Meeting and General Assembly for Leadership Transition of the Distinguished Expert Committee of China Higher Education Training Center (hereinafter referred to as the "DEC") was held in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. Professor Chang Cuiming, President of the university, was appointed Deputy Director of the new Distinguished Expert Committee and Chair of its Private Education Sub-Committee.
