On March 9, QIT held the Inaugural Meeting for the Pilot Program of Comprehensive Reform Mechanism for Fostering Virtue Through Education. President Chang Cuiming attended the meeting and delivered a mobilization speech, while Executive Vice President Zhang Gengling presided over the meeting and deployed specific tasks. Other university leaders, cadres at or above the deputy department director level, representatives of counsellors, and other personnel participated in the meeting.
