On February 11, Zhang Xiaobo, Deputy Secretary of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League (CYL), Li Chengliang, Director of the School Department of the Shandong Provincial CYL Committee, and Chen Baojun, Director of the Shandong Volunteer Action Guidance Center, visited QIT for research. Accompanying them were Chang Cui Ming, Chairman and President of QIT; Shan Chengjuan and Zhao Qingyong, Vice Presidents; as well as heads of relevant departments. The meeting was chaired by Shan Chengjuan.
