Guided by the Chinese Association of Higher Education (CAHE) and hosted by the China Higher Education Training Center, the "Practical Training Program on Implementing the Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Communist Party of China Central Committee and Scientifically Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan: High-Quality Development of Application-Oriented Universities" was successfully held at Qilu Institute of Technology on December 6-7. Zhang Daliang, Vice President of the China Association of Higher Education; Li Wensheng, Second-Level Inspector of the Shandong Provincial Department of Education; and Chang Cuiming, Chairman and President of QIT, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. The opening ceremony was presided over by Zhang Gengling, Executive Vice President of QIT.
