To thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the State Council regarding employment work for university graduates, and to act on the guiding principles of the 2026 National Conference on Employment and Entrepreneurship for Ordinary Higher Education Graduates, QIT seized the crucial opportunity of the autumn recruitment season (“Autumn Recruitment”) to actively build a two-way connection platform between graduates and employers. Closely aligning with disciplinary and programmatic needs, and centered around the “Employment Month” initiative, QIT held eight themed recruitment fairs in November. These covered industries including biomedicine, advanced chemical engineering, next-generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing, cultural creativity, civil engineering & surveying, and commerce & finance.The events successfully attracted more than 300 renowned enterprises, such as Lunan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., Tianyuan Construction Group Co., Ltd., Geely Automobile Group Co., Ltd., FAW Jiefang Qingdao Automobile Co., Ltd., and Goertek Inc., offering over 6,000 high-quality job positions.
