On November 6, the Joint Meeting of the Chinese Culture Research Center and the Joint Council Development Meeting of the Shandong Higher Education Management Science Research Association were convened at QIT.

Attending the meeting were: Han Yanming, Director of the Expert Guidance and Consultation Committee and Academic Committee of the Association; Fu Yongju, Advisor to the Research Center for Chinese Culture; Liu Dezeng, Chairman of the Center Council and Counselor of the Shandong Provincial People’s Government; Song Xingang, Secretary-General of the Association and Executive Deputy Director of the Center; Yang Bin, Executive Deputy Secretary-General and Head of the Research and Evaluation Department of the Association; Chang Cuiming, Vice Chairman of the Expert Guidance and Consultation Committee, Executive Vice Chairman of the Center Council, QIT’s Chairman and President. The meeting was chaired by Song Huiguo, Honorary President of the Association and Director of the Center.
