In accordance with the overall arrangements of the Ministry of Education's (MOE) Higher Education Evaluation Center and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, Qilu Institute of Technology (QIT) was categorized as a Type II, Category 3 institution under this evaluation. From June 3 to 25, the MOE Undergraduate Education and Teaching Quality Assessment Expert Panel conducted a 19-day online evaluation, followed by a 4-day on-site inspection at QIT.
