On March 11, QIT organized cadres at or above the division level to launch a unique discussion around the in-depth study and implementation of the Outline for Building a Leading Country in Education (2024-2035) (hereinafter referred to as “the Outline”). School leaders, teaching units, cadres at or above the division level of functional departments participated the discussion.
