At the beginning of the new semester, in accordance with the directives issued by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education and the Shandong Provincial Public Security Department, including the Notice on Conducting Inspections of School Safety Risks for the Spring Semester Opening (Lu Jiao An Han [2025] No. 7) and the Notice on Organizing the "First Safety Lesson" and Strengthening Campus Security Measures (Lu Jiao An Han [2025] No. 6), the university convened a meeting on February 10 to comprehensively plan and implement preparations for the spring semester opening. President Chang Cuiming, along with university leadership and all department-level officials, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Executive Vice President Zhang Gengling.
