On December 28^th, Ji Shengfeng, Deputy Director of the Social Organization Administration Bureau of the Shandong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, Ren Yunhe, former Party Secretary of Shandong University of Arts and Chairman of the Shandong Penghu Education Foundation, and Xu Guoliang, Professor and PhD Supervisor at Shandong University, visited Qilu Institute of Technology (QIT) for research and guidance. The delegation participated in discussions with Chairperson and President of QIT Chang Cuiming, Executive Vice President Zhang Gengling, and Vice Presidents Shan Chengjuan and Zhao Qingyong.
