On 27^th November, the Second Women's Congress of Zhangqiu District, Jinan, was held at the Party School Auditorium of the District Committee. Tian Ying, Party Secretary and Chair of the Jinan Women's Federation, and Ma Zhiyong, Secretary of the District Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Other leaders from the Zhangqiu District Committee, including Wang Changjun, Li Baoyan, and Huang Kaidong, were also present at the event.
