On November 13^th, the "Chufeng" (literally meaning "young phoenix") lecture series, jointly organized by the Shandong Provincial Women's Federation, the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, was held at Qilu Institute of Technology. The lecture, titled "An Early Start to Career Planning: A Guide for Female Freshmen to Navigate Their University Life and Career Path," was delivered by Ms. Wang Xiang, a mentor from the "Chufeng Nest" Mentor Team. The session aimed to help female freshmen of the Class of 2024 better plan their careers and embark on a fulfilling university journey.
