On April 12, delegation led by Xing Shanping, Chairman of Shandong Provincial Women's Federation visited QIT. Chang Cuiming, President of QIT and Vice President Zhang Gengling accompanied their visit.

During the visit, Chang introduced the basic information of QIT the the construction of libraries. Xing praised highly on QIT’s advanced educational concepts, high-quality teaching resources, good cultural environment, advanced experimental training conditions and beautiful campus. She hoped QIT could continuously play their advantages, highlight characteristics of school-running, actively service area (industry) economic and social development, improve the quality and level of personnel training and make contribution to the development of higher education in Shandong Province.
