Recently, the martial arts competition of 14^th College Students Science and Technology Culture Art Festival of Shandong was held in Shandong Sports University on Rizhao campus. More than 120 athletes from the 20 colleges and universities in Shandong participated in the competition.

QIT student Shi Haiyang, a English major from School of Foreign Languages was got the second place in the Tai Chi Sword ( men’s race) and the fifth place in the Tai Chi Boxing (man’s race; Tian Qiwen, aKorean major from School of Foreign Languages got the third place in the competition of Women’s Broadsword.

The 14^th College Students Science and Technology Culture Art Festival is jointly organized by the Shandong Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, the Provincial Universities Working Committee, the League Committee, the Provincial Education Department, the Provincial Department of Culture, the Provincial Association for Science and the Provincial Federation.
