On May 24^th, the Sixth “SFLEP Cup” National Foreign Language Teaching Competition (English professional group) was brought to a successful close.

After fierce competition, Qin Guohua from School of foreign language of QIT, with her excellent teaching skills, stood out from the 79 competitors of 50 universities in the Shandong Province and won the Third Prize in the Sixth “SFLEP Cup” National Foreign Language Teaching Competition.

The “SFLEP Cup” National Foreign Language Teaching Competition is jointly organized by the Ministry of Education of Foreign Language and Literature Teaching Major Steering Committee, the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education Foreign Language Teaching University of Foreign Languages Department of Education Vocational Colleges Teaching Guidance Committee and Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press, which aims to build a nationwide contest platform, implement the spirit of "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)" and "Opinions of Ministry of Education on Improving the Overall Quality of Higher Education", effectively improve the quality of language teaching, improve foreign language professional teaching level, promote the construction of faculty of college foreign language teaching, deepen the teaching reform, as well as explore the establishment of foreign language teaching system with Chinese characteristics.

The “SFLEP Cup” National Foreign Language Teaching Competition is national English teaching professional match held in China by far with the largest scale, highest level, the widest range, which received the widespread concern and affirmation of all sectors of society.
