The western plan volunteer symposium and farewell ceremony of 2013 was held in the first conference room on June 24. Wei Xingli, deputy secretary, attended the meeting. Wu Lei, Gao Yang, Jia Yuechao, and Shan Ying also attended the meeting.

Wei Xingli spoke highly of students’responding actively to national call and volunteering to service western region and proposed some demands and expectations to the volunteers.
