During the visit of Shandong Province, Mr. Nakamura Norio, councillor of Gunma Prefecture of Japan, donated 170 books to QIT’s library.
Zhang Weiling, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shandong Province also attended the donation ceremony.
