This program aims to cultivate talents with basic knowledge of Japanese language and  literature as well as scientific way of thinking, strong ability to analyze and solve problems. The undergraduates are able to engage in teaching, research, translating, editing, tour guiding and management in schools, research institutions, foreign trade enterprises, publishing companies and tourism companies.

Foundation Japanese, intermediate Japanese, advanced Japanese, oral Japanese, listening, writing, extensive reading, history of Japanese literature, introduction of Japan, translation theory and practice, business Japanese, and Japanese for science and technology, etc..
