This program aims to cultivate application-oriented talents with a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge and innovative ability in communication technology, communication system, communication device and communication network, who are able to engage in the research, design, manufacture, testing, maintenance, and operations management of various of  electronic communications equipments and communications systems.

Circuit theory, analog electronics, digital electronics, low-frequency electronic circuits, high-frequency electronic circuits, electronic circuit of communication, digital circuits and logic design, computer theory and interface technology, program-controlled switching technology, signals and systems, digital signal processing, communication theory, computer networks and data communication, digital mobile communication, optical fiber communications, and electromagnetic fields.
