The Student Financial Aid Center of Qilu Institute of Technology is responsible for comprehensively implementing national, provincial, and institutional financial aid policies, organizing and overseeing campus-wide financial aid administration, and ensuring unified coordination and management of programs including the President's Scholarship, President's Grants, tuition waivers, and living allowances. The center prioritizes policy compliance, equitable resource allocation, and efficient service delivery to support students in need through transparent application reviews and systematic fund distribution.
Work Responsibilities:
1. Policy Promotion and Awareness: Disseminating national and institutional aid policies to ensure student awareness and understanding.
2. Application and Review Process: Organizing aid applications, rigorously verifying documentation, and ensuring equitable selection of beneficiaries.
3. Fund Management and Coordination: Collaborating with the Finance Office to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds while strengthening oversight.
4. Needs Assessment and Targeted Support: Establishing mechanisms to identify students with financial difficulties and providing tailored assistance.
5. System Development and Data Security: Enhancing digital platforms for aid management and safeguarding student information privacy.
