On October 18th, a delegation led by Park Ki-Chul, dean of International Education Center of Pyeongtaek University, visited Qilu Institute of Technology. Chang Cuiming, Chair Woman of the Boards of Trustees met with the guests. Memorandum of Understanding for Academic and Scientific Cooperation between Qilu Institute of Technology and Pyeongtaek University was signed.
Chang expressed warm welcome to the delegation and gave a brief introduction of QIT. She hoped that the two universities can deepen understanding, enhance friendship, expend cooperation and explore possible future cooperation in different levels and fields.
Park stated that China is close to Korea in geography and the two country has a long history of Culture exchanges. He was happy to establish cooperation between the two shools and hoped QIT would engage in more extensive exchange and cooperation with Pyeongtaek University.
During the meeting, both sides had a discussion on some specific aspects of the cooperating projects such as teaching plan, curriculum design, and choice of teaching materials, etc..
The delegation of Pyeongtaek University also visited the training centers of QIT.
