Dr. Bilal Ahmed is a distinguished faculty member in the School of Medicine at Qilu Institute of Technology, Jinan, PR China. He holds a PhD in Pharmacology from Nanjing Medical University, PR China. His research was supervised by Professor Feng Han. Dr. Bilal Ahmed has extensive experience in higher education and has established himself as a committed educator and an active researcher. Previously, he served as a Lecturer at Fiji National University (Fiji Islands) and as a research associate at Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, USA.

Dr. Bilal's research background centers on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and ethnopharmacology, with a particular emphasis on exploring new signaling pathways and mechanisms to treat various diseases. He has published his research in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, and has presented at numerous national and international conferences. To date, he has 40 publications as first author, corresponding author, and co-author, with an h-index of 15.
