Dr. Muhammad Inam joined the School of Medicine, Qilu Institute of Technology as an Associate Professor. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Zhejiang University (2017-2022) under the supervision of Professor Guping Tang. He completed his first postdoctoral fellowship at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Guangzhou Medical University (July 2022-June 2024) under the co-supervision of Professor Wenjie Chen, followed by a second postdoctoral fellowship at the School of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Engineering, Shandong First Medical University & Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences (August 2024-October 2025) under the co-supervision of Professor Xiao Sun.

Dr. Inam’s research focuses on co-crystallization and host-guest inclusion complex approaches to enhance the biopharmaceutical application of poorly water-soluble drugs, as well as on the design and application of nanomaterials for cancer immunotherapy and liver fibrosis. To date, he has published 17 research articles as first author, corresponding author, and co-author, and is the inventor of two Chinese patents.
