Dr. Sohail Ahmad, from Pakistan, is currently working as an Associate Professor of Physics at Qilu Institute of Technology. He obtained his Ph.D. in Materials Science from the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST), Kunming, Yunnan, China, in June 2025. He has authored over 16 research articles, including more than eight as first or corresponding author in leading SCI-indexed journals such as Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Materials Science and Engineering B, Materials Today Communications, Surfaces and Interfaces, Ceramics International, and Journal of Inorganic and Organometallic Polymers and Materials. His research integrates DFT simulation and computational materials science and experimental investigations on energy storage systems, supercapacitors, pressure sensors, and carbon nanofibers. He has been recognized by several international journals in materials science with Reviewer Certificates for his valuable peer-review contributions. In addition, he has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences and continues to be engaged in academic, cultural, and volunteer activities at both national and international levels.
