Dr. Ambreen is an Associate Professor in the School of Physics at Qilu Institute of Technology, China. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2023. USTC consistently ranks among the top 5 universities in China and within the global top 100 (QS World University Rankings 2025). She earned her M.S. degree in Physics from the NED University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan, in 2016. Her research focuses on atomically precise ultrasmall metal nanoparticles (nanoclusters), their ligand engineering, and their applications in catalysis, electrochemistry, and nanoelectronics. She has published several SCI Q1 papers in leading international journals. She was honored with the Paper Award from the Hefei Institutes of Physical Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), for her first-author publications. She received an Award for Best Presentation at an International Conference in Pakistan for her M.S. research work in 2017.
