Mega Silvia Harnafis, Ph.D., earned her Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Management from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Wuhan, China with a specialization in Accounting. She completed her studies with a research focus on sustainability and transparency in accounting. Originally from Indonesia, she currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Qilu Institute of Technology.

Her research interests include sustainability in accounting and business, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), green innovation, and corporate governance. Mega has made significant contributions to her field through the publication of several articles in reputable SSCI-indexed journals.

As a scholar deeply committed to supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Mega continues to engage in impactful research and innovation that advances knowledge and promotes sustainability in her discipline.
