Sajid Ullah is currently serving as an Associate Professor at Qilu Institute of Technology, China. He earned his PhD in Enterprise Management from Xi’an University of Technology (XUT). Dr. Sajid Ullah’s research focuses on green innovation, environmental performance, green human resource management (GHRM), green Lean Six Sigma, Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, Industry 5.0, green finance and sustainable energy technologies adoption. After earning his PhD degree, he worked as an associate professor for two years in Yulin University. In addition to research, he supervised graduate students and participated in academic collaborations aimed at addressing contemporary challenges in organizational sustainability. Dr. Sajid Ullah has published numerous research articles in reputable SSCI/SCI journals.
