Dr. Ghulam Nabi Wattoo, an eminent overseas researcher and academician, is currently serving as Associate Professor at Qilu Institute of Technology, Jinan, Shandong, P.R. China. Dr. Nabi is proficient and fluent in Chinese language.

Recently, Dr. Nabi has completed a noteworthy project as High-Level Foreign Talent at SINANO, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Suzhou, China, under CPEC “The Belt and Road” countries jointly set up by the CAS-ANSO. He obtained his PhD degree from the SMSE, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China in 2012. Later, he served as Research Scientist (Postdoc) at the Institute of Physics, Technical University of Ilmenau, Germany (2014-2016).

Prof. Nabi has won several National and International competitive research grants with his international collaborators from Germany, Saudi Arabia and China etc. He is also included in consecutive four years in the World Top 2 % scientist ranked by Stanford University, USA. He has supervised more than 50 MS-PhD students. More than 170 research articles have been published by him in well reputed International Journals with impact factor ~ 650, h-index 41,i10-index 101, citation ~ 5155 which shows his competency as an active researcher. He has been invited to numerous National and International conferences as speaker. 

Dr. Nabi is one of the leading researchers and developed his research group in Energy Devices, i.e Supercapacitors, Fuel Cells and Photocatalysis while serving at University of Gujrat, Pakistan.
