Dr. Meysam Soltan Pour received his Ph.D. from Shandong University, China, in 2025. He is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering, Qilu Institute of Technology, China. Dr. Soltan Pour brings over a decade of professional experience, offering an interdisciplinary perspective that bridges intelligent ICT, telecommunications, and computer science. He is also a reviewer for multiple journals, including IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology and IEEE Communications Letters, and serves as a TPC member for the IEEE/CIC ICCC conference. His research has resulted in several top-tier IEEE publications focusing on resource allocation and user association. Among these works is a forthcoming paper on 3D 6G massive connectivity to be published in the IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, which introduces the third analytical platform for the theoretical evaluation of MIMO ultra-dense networks. His current research interests include 3D integrated wireless networks, particularly those involving integrated sensing, computation, and communication, with methods drawn from stochastic modeling, communication theory, information theory, and machine learning.
