Rahmat Hidayat Rohim, Ph.D., earned his doctoral degree in Physical Education and Sports Coaching from Wuhan Sports University, China. He is a native of Indonesia and currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the Qilu Institute of Technology.
His research interests include strength and conditioning, healthy aging, and biomechanics. Rahmat has presented his work at several distinguished international conferences, such as the Chengdu FISU World Conference, the 6th China Strength and Conditioning Training Conference, and the 2nd International Conference on Sports Science in Indonesia, among others.
He has made significant contributions to his field through the publication of numerous articles in SSCI-indexed journals. Motivated by a passion for advancing the understanding of physical education and improving the quality of life for individuals across all ages, Rahmat remains dedicated to conducting impactful research and fostering innovation in his field.
