Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Elkhalil Mokhtar is a distinguished Sudanese scholar with a strong academic foundation in Computer Engineering and Technology. He completed his B.S. in 2014 and M.Sc. in 2017 at the University of Gezira, Sudan, followed by a Ph.D. from Southwest Jiaotong University, China, in 2024. His doctoral research focused on cryptography, network security, and blockchain technology. Dr. Mokhtar has made significant contributions to the field, particularly in vehicular communications, as evidenced by his published works. His dedication to research and innovation was recognized with the Outstanding Researcher Award by the Embassy of the Republic of Sudan in the People's Republic of China in 2022. Dr. Mokhtar enjoys collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines to develop unique skills and solve new challenges. He is an associate professor at the School of Computer and Information Engineering, Qilu Institute of Technology.
