Dr. Mahrukh, from Pakistan, is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Qilu Institute of Technology. Recently she completed her postdoctoral work from Xian Jiaotong University of China. During her postdoctoral studies, she earned a grant from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) in 2022-2023, completed her work, and submitted it in December 2023. In successfully winning the above NSFC project, the Ministry of Science and Technology awarded her the “Foreign Expert Awards” in the years 2022-2023. Further, she has a PhD from Cranfield University, UK. The PhD was earned by completing work related to CFD modeling of thermal spray processes. High Impact Factor journal publications proved the accurate capture of CFD modeling of the thermal spraying process. These studies have been published in top SCI journals and have been cited by other researchers. According to the Web of Science and ResearchGate results, her previous work has been cited 50 times. In summary, she has published 11 academic papers in the field of CFD, including 07 SCI papers published as the first author in high-impact factors journals. Moreover, the other 4 papers were co-authored and also published in good journals. She has participated in and presented her research work at 3 international conferences in Italy, UK, and Austria, and 3 conferences in Pakistan. Furthermore, previously, she has had a total of 10 years (2009-2019) of teaching experience at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi Pakistan.
