Dr. Tajwar Ali, a native of Northern Pakistan, earned his PhD in world history in June 2023 from Zhengzhou University. Currently He is working as an Associate Professor in the School of Liberal Arts Qufu Campus of Qilu Institute of Technology. After obtaining his master's degree in International Relations from International Islamic University in 2016, he spent four years working as a Research Associate for Pakistan's Planning Commission. He worked in the China Pakistan Economic Corridor while employed by the Pakistan Planning Commission and rose to the position of mega-event and national conference organizer in the Ministry of Planning Development and Reform. Additionally, he served as a visiting instructor at the Karakorum International University in Gilgit-Baltistan and the International Islamic University in Islamabad. He has written twelve papers for the journals ESCI, AHCI, and SCCI in addition to his book “The Second Cold War”. He delivered his study paper at an International Academic Forum (IAFOR) on-site conference in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, January 2024.
