Salah-ud-din Khokhar graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China, with a Ph.D. degree in Control Engineering and Science. His research interests mainly include fuzzy logic, fuzzy control systems, fuzzy sets, and computational intelligence. He mainly teaches courses on system optimization and scheduling, about China, intelligent computing, theory and application of discrete event dynamic systems, and multi-sensor information fusion.

He has served as Deputy Head of the Department of Computer Science, G.C University Lahore and support engineer in Alcatel-Lucent, UK. He has published 7 relevant journal papers and 3 conference papers.
