Mansoor Khan graduated with a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Sichuan University, China. His main research interests include power system design, basic electronic circuits, power electronics, and digital logic design.

He has served as an ICEPES 2018 reviewer and member of the Technical Planning Committee; received a Certificate of Merit from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA) in 2016; and attended the Great Asian Education Expo 2016 as a representative of Beihang University, Lahore, Pakistan. He has published 9 scientific papers SCI/SCIE and 2 EI.
