On July 13, a delegation led by Li Tao, dean of the International Sino College of Siam University, and the director Zhen Tao, visited Qilu Institute of Technology. QIT leaders and some leaders from related departments including Yang Yiting, Sun Keke and Liu Yuan met with the guests.

On behalf of QIT, Yang Yiting expressed warm welcome to the delegation and gave a detailed introduction to QIT on its development history, academic and the International Exchange & Cooperation programs. He emphasized the important role played by the international exchange and cooperation in the future development of QIT and hoped that the two universities can deepen understanding, enhance friendship and explore possible future cooperation in different levels and fields.

Li Tao gave a comprehensive introduction to SiamUniversity and put its focus on the achievements of overseas students training in recent years. He stated that China is close to Thailand in economic, cultural and educational exchange. He hoped that with the establishment of China and ASEAN Free Trade Area, more Chinese students could be attracted to Thailand for further studying.

During the meeting, the two sides had an in-depth discussion on specific issues such as related policies, cooperative mode, and educational plan. After the meeting, the two sides exchanged gifts and took pictures together.
